WHEREAS , by resolution of the Weld County
Planning Commission ( S-98) , dated April 18 , 1973 , they
recommend to the Board of County Commissioners , Weld County ,
Colorado an affidavit to College Green , First Filing , Second
Amended plat ( relocation of building over utility easements ) .
"that the said plat was filed
at Reception #1599128 and filed
on October 6 , 1972 , in the Office
of the County Clerkand Recorder of
Weld County , Colorado ; that lots
3-4 , 5 , 6-7 , 12-13 , 14-15 , 16-17 ,
18- 19 , 20-21 , 30-31 , 32-33 , 44-45 ,
50-51 , 61 -62 , 63-64 , 67-68 , 69-70 , !.
71 -72 , 73-74 , 75-76 , 77-78 , 79-80 ,
81 -82 , 83-84 , 85-86 , 89-90 , and
91 -92 were in error and have been i
rotated as indicated on the within
pltt; thal all lots with the symbol
were in error and designates
lots which have bearing changes and
dimension changes for the given lot
sides ; thatall distances on the
property line and or back of curb
which are enclosed in the block symbol
I ; were in error and are corrected
as indicated ; and that all driveway
descriptions which are bounded by the
symbol /iiii designates drives
which have bearing and/or distance
changes all of which should be
considered corrected according to the
Plat contained herein ; further , that
this affidavit is subject to all
legal descriptions , covenants and
statements as now on record with the
Plat of College Green First Filing
Seconded Amended Plat . "
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board
of County Commissioners , Weld County , Colorado , that they do
hereby accept for recording , as has been recommended by the
Weld County Planning Commission , said affidavit to College
Green , First Filing , Seconded Amended Plat .
The above and foregoing resolution was on
