RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND N0. 1473-21-3-RE-58 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 21 PART OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF (S1/2) : WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, and WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adbpted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1473-21-3-RE-58 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado. Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows: That part of the South one-half, Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner said Section 21; Thence N00°34'07" W on an assumed bearing along the West line said Section 21 a distance of 2063.47 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of G.B. & Q.R.R. ; Thence N35°31 ' 16" E along said Southeasterly R.O.W. line a distance of 761.00 feet to a point on the North line South one-half said Section 21; Thence N89°40'49" E along said North line a distance of 4838.1 feet to the Northeast corner South one-half Section 21; Thence S00 19' 17" along the East line said Section 21 a distance of 2644.86 feet to the Southeast corner said Section 21; Thence S,89°17 '41"W along the South line said Section 21 a distance of 5274.95 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
