Dear Commissioners:
Please accept my resignation as Weld County Representative to the Board
of Directors of the Regional Transportation District,
I regret very much submitting my resignation as I have enjoyed this work
and the research brought forth by this organization; however, I find that the
nature of my work will not permit regular attendance and research that is nec-
cessary to achieve the goal that this fine Board is striving for. I also feel
that I cannot do justice to the County of Weld that I represent,
I must say that I am completely in favor of Regional Transportation and
will do everything I can to support this intent and your newly appointed
representative,
Sincerely,
W. E. McMahan
