WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
FOURTH TERM:
WHEREAS, the term of Denver L. Wiggins as member of the Weld County
Board of Adjustment has expired; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended that
Mr. Wiggins be appointed for a fourth term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Denver L. Wiggins be and he is hereby appointed
as member of the Weld County Board of Adjustment for a fourth term, said term
beginning January 1, 1971, and ending December 31, 1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on roll call:
