RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Dwaine Barclay to said board as the Advisory Board District 6 representative, with a term to expire
July 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dwaine Barclay, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning Commission,
with a term to expire July 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of June, A.D., 2020.
