1. No existing access is present, and no new access is proposed.
2. No changes will be made. The only access to the property is a driveway used for personal
vehicles off McGuire Ave.
3. There are no gates, just free access to the driveway.
4. All adjacent parcels in the neighborhood are divided by property lines only. The neighbors
property across the road is approximately 50' from my driveway.
5. No difficulties with seeing traffic. Vision is unimpaired.
6. No curves at all. Only straight roadways.

Traffic Narrative:
1. One round trip per day by personal vehicle to Wellington, CO. Weekend trips for recreation in
pickup.
2. Normal residential trips to and from grocery stores, work and visiting family in Fort Collins.
3. 50% of travel will be heading south toward work and 50% heading south for shopping.
4. Not anticipated traffic just going to and from work between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
