RE: BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR 2020
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 19, 2020, and duly published June 24, 2020,
in the Greeley Tribune, public hearings were conducted September 28, 2020, with a quorum of
the following Commissioners being present at each of said hearings:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Pro -Tern
Commissioner Scott K. James
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Also present:

Deputy Clerk to the Board, Chloe Rempel
Assistant County Attorney, Karin McDougal
County Assessor, Brenda Dones
IR Brenda Dones, Assessor, presented the Resolution Concerning the 2020 Board of
Equalization Decisions Concerning Petitioner Appeals for Personal and Oil/Gas Property. At the
request of the property owners, Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to Administratively Deny various
accounts and to approve the Stipulation Agreements for the various accounts, as submitted by
Assessor Dones on Exhibit "A" to the Final Determination Resolution. Seconded by
Commissioner Moreno, the motion carried unanimously.
Assessor Dones thanked the Board of Equalization for their consideration and made closing
remarks. The Board each, in -turn, expressed their gratitude to Assessor Dones and the
Assessor's Office Staff.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was adjourned at 1:33 p.m.
