TO SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED TO
THE WELD COUNTY LANDFILL, INC. :
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the bid as submitted by the Weld County Landfill, Inc. , be and
the same is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, does hereby REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM real estate
acquired by Warranty Deed dated July 22, 1958; recorded July 22, 1958 in Book
1508 at Page 191 in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder; said real
estate more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 19, Township
1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. ; thence N 0" 15' W along
the East line of said Section 19 a distance of 1340.0 feet;
thence West, parallel to the South line of said Section 19,
a distance of 1859.0 feet; thence North 350.0 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing North a distance
of 161.8 feet; thence N 47" 34' W 525.0 feet; thence N 3"
00' W 425.5 feet more or less to the North line of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 19; thence N 89" 47' E
along said North line 504.6 to a point, said point being
1758.4 feet West of the East Quarter corner of said Section
19; thence South 428.0 feet; thence S 10" 10' E 286.0 feet;
thence S 36" 10' E 289.5 feet; thence West 316.2 feet to the true
point of beginning, containing 8.42 acres, more or less.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 6th day of January, 1971, between
WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision
of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
for the respective interests of the COUNTY OF WELD and the STATE
OF COLORADO, of the first part, and THE WELD COUNTY LANDFILL,
INC. , a Colorado Corporation, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in
consideration of the sum of other valuable consideration and Ten Dollars
($10. 00), to said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED unto the said
party of the second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said party of the first part has in and to the following described
real estate situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to-wit:
A tract of land described as follows: Beginning at the

proper use, benefit, and behoof of the said party of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever.
