Brief description of the problem/issue:
This addendum would allow Solutions II to be contracted services for Linux support. This is an annual contract
that would be needed for the fmal two years of the Spillman Life Cycle.
What options exist for the Board? (include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options):
Approve the addendum at an annual price of $17,994.00 that will allow Solutions II to aid IT in the support of
Spillman.
Continue with an hourly rate of Solutions II expected to exceed the annual price.
Recommendation:
Weld County IT recommends that the Board grant approval for the Chair to sign the attached addendum

Project Manager as the agency's single point of contact. This individual will
coordinate Motorola's expert installation and training staff as needed to ensure a
smooth upgrade transition.

The Customer's signature below constitutes its agreement to purchase the licenses,
products and/or services according to the terms quoted by Motorola Solutions within this
document. This document shall serve as an addendum to the Purchase Agreement
previously entered into between the Customer and Spillman Technologies. The terms and
conditions of the Purchase Agreement, as well as the related License Agreement and
Support Agreement, shall apply to the items quoted herein.
