RESOLUTION •
WHEREAS, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has tendered
to the COUNTY OF WILD, STATE OF COLORADO, an agreement extend-
ing to and including September 30, 1979, the term of that
certain lease dated November 18, 1953, as extended, whereby
the Railroad Company leased to the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, a portion of its right of way at Ault, Colorado,
for highway material yard; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
County of Weld, Colorado _ has said proposed agree-
ment before it and has given it careful review and consider-
ation; and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interests
of said County of Weld. State ef_Colared __
will be subserved by the acceptance of said agreement;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
That the terms of the agreement submitted by Union
Pacific Railroad Company as aforesaid be and the same hereby
are accepted in behalf of County of Weld. State of Colorado;,
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commission-
ers of said County hereby is authorized, empowered and direc-
ted to execute said agreement on behalf of said County, and
.that the County Clerk hereby is authorized and directed to at-
test said agreement and to attach to each duplicate original
of said agreement a certified copy of this resolution.

IT IS ITEREBY MUTUAL 1 Y AGREED by and between the present parties to the -mVy�bove d agreement
that the term thereof shall be and hereby is extended to and including September 30 - 19r, , and that
all the terms and conditions thereof, as heretofore or herein supplemented and/or amended, shall remain in full force
and effect during the extended tenor said agreement with the supplements and/or amendments (if any` to be subject
to termination prior to the expiration of the extended term in the same manner as is provided therein for termination
prior to the expiration of the term hereby extended.
Special Provisions: Effective October 1, 1974, the Lessee shall pay to the
Lessor rental at the rate of Sixty-three Dollars ($63.00) per annum,
payable annually in advance, in lieu of the rental of Fifty Dollars
($50.00) per annum heretofore stipulated.
