A public hearing was conducted on December 16, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair Pro-Tem

Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross - EXCUSED
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 22, 2020, and duly published
October 28, 2020, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Lonnie Shoemaker, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR20-0028, for Outdoor Storage of public utility -related equipment and uses (public utility
support and service) similar to the uses listed (oil and gas support and service) as permitted as
long as the use complies with the general intent of the Zone District in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
ID Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, explained the sign posting notification did
not happen; therefore, Planning Commission continued the case to December 15, 2020, and the
applicant is requesting a continuance of this hearing to January 6, 2021.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
IE Commissioner James moved to continue the request of Lonnie Shoemaker for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR20-0028, for Outdoor Storage of
public utility -related equipment and uses (public utility support and service) similar to the uses
listed (oil and gas support and service) as permitted as long as the use complies with the general
intent of the Zone District in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to January 6, 2021, to allow the
case to be heard by the Planning Commission on December 15, 2020. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner Kirkmeyer, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the
hearing was completed at 10:57 a.m.
