Bids were received and opened on August 19, 2020 for B2000159 Clerk and Recorder
Facility cabling (CR-1120 CR/MV/Elections Network cabling and Move). Three (3) bids
were received ranging from $54,916.00 to $63,908.93. Attached is the bid tabulation for
your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. GigaSpan Solutions from
Centennial, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $54,916.00 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2000159 Clerk and
Recorder Facility cabling to GigaSpan Solutions for a total amount of $54,916.00.
