FOUR (4) CONSTRUCTION OFFICE TRAILERS AND FOUR (4) CONEX LOCATED
WITHIN A FENCED LAYDOWN YARD FOR USE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE FACILITY, IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - WELLS RANCH LLLP,
C/O OUTRIGGER DJ OPERATING, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on April 22, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair Pro-Tem
Commissioner Scott K. James
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jan Warwick
Department of Planning Services, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 11, 2020, and duly published March 18,
2020, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Wells
Ranch LLLP, do Outrigger DJ Operating, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit, USR20-0005, for Oil and Gas Support and Service including three (3) gas
compressors and related equipment, one (1) up to 30 feet in height secure Communications
Tower, and up to four (4) construction office trailers and four (4) conex located within a fenced
laydown yard for use during the construction of the facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
IE Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, presented the applicant's request to withdraw
the application (Exhibit A), citing the compressor station project will be cancelled.
IR Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to accept the request of Wells Ranch LLLP, do Outrigger
DJ Operating, LLC, to withdraw the application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit, USR20-0005, for Oil and Gas Support and Service including three (3) gas
compressors and related equipment, one (1) up to 30 feet in height secure Communications
Tower, and up to four (4) construction office trailers and four (4) conex located within a fenced
laydown yard for use during the construction of the facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried unanimously. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:08 a.m.
