RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO EXTENSION ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Extension Advisory Council have
expired, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Amy Cooksey and Lori Stevens to said board as the 4-H and Youth representatives, with both
terms to expire February 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Amy Cooksey and Lori Stevens, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Extension Advisory Council, with both terms to expire February 1, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of May, A.D., 2020, nunc pro tunc February 1, 2020.
