The road described in the fotioes herein referred to was granted on the 11th day of September and the notices were prepared at that time, but inasmuch as there was a question raised as to the right of way to be acquired from The Warren Live Stock Company, Mr. Rowe asked to have the notices held up until the matter of right of way could be definitely settled-. The posting of these notices at this time is somewhat -irregular but I believe it will be a good plan to post them as the -law rSqui'res it. . AS far as I know `there is no objeciribin to this road and there will be no objection raised -on account of the notices 'being posted at this late date.
