Bids were received and opened on June 11, 2020 for B2000118 North Jail 2W
Expansion Cabling (BG-975). Four (4) bids were received ranging from $181,759.10 to
$246,383.38. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. GigaSpan Solutions from
Centennial, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $181,759.10 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2000118 North Jail
2W Expansion Cabling to GigaSpan Solutions for a total amount of $181,759.10.
