HighPoint Operating Corporation ( " HPOC" ) is the lessee of record to oil and gas leases covering
section 26, Township 12 North, Range 63 West. HPOC hereby submits a copy of the oil and gas lease
covering these lands . As the original agreement is from HPOC's predecessor in interest, the chain of title
