Hi, Ryan —
I apologize for our delay in getting back to you on this. Due to impacts of the COVID crisis and other factors, our
visitation program is, unfortunately, going through some difficult transitions and we won't have the staff to conduct
visits after June. Accordingly, we are not going to be able to enter into this contract at this time.
We will be in touch in the future should the situation change.

We are still showing that Family Tree has not signed the contract renewal for the new year. Have you received it? If not
please let us know. If these are not signed by the end of next week, then we will need to start canceling any referrals we
have with your agency because the contract will not be in effect by 6/1.
