NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWy): SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 4
NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado, to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording Minor Subdivision No. 1061-6-2-MS-2
as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado,
said minor subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NWI) of Section
6, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner (NWCor) of said Section 6 considering
the North Line of said Section 6 to Bear North 90° 00' 00" East, with
all other bearings relative thereto: Thence North 90° 00' 00" East
along the North line of said Section 6, 1319.16 feet to the True
Point of Beginning: Thence continuing North 90° 00' 00" East, along
the North litre of said Section 6, 1°57.25 feet to a point on the center-
line of the Home Supply Company Lateral Ditch; thence along the
centerline of said lateral ditch by the following four bearings and
distances: South 63° 17 ' 59" East, 171.15 feet; South 57° 53' 35"
East 90.15 feet; South 49° 30' 02" East, 201.56 feet; South 38°
53' 10" East, 117.10 feet; Thence South 03° 21 ' 06" East, 39_..06
feet; Thence South 89° 26 ' 01" East„ 294.52 feet to a Point on the
Centerline of the Home Supply Company Lateral Ditch; Thence along
the Centerline of said lateral ditch by the following six bearings
and cistances; South 40° 33' 51" East, 156.96 feet; South 33° 39' 53"
East, 108.18 feet; South 20° 40' 14" East, 92.73 feet; South 12°23'.50"
East, 202.61 feet; South 12°41' 14" West, 127.66 feet; South 21° 59' 11"
West, 74.74 feet; Thence North 90° 00' 00" West, 1018.78 feet; Thence
North 03° 46 ' 19" West, 1431.03 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Said tract of land contains 24.90 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to
sign the plat for recording of Minor Subdivision No. 1051- 6 -2-MS-2.
The above and foregoing resolution, was on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
