RESOLUTION
RE: AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND THE GREELEY
NATIONAL BANK.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the present accounting
system within the Weld County Department of Public Welfare is in
need of revision and change, and
WHEREAS, The Greeley National Bank has submitted an agree-
ment to perform services for the Weld County Department of Public
Welfare in the form of calculation and printing of the Human Resources
Accounting System reports, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interest of the County to enter
into such an agreement on the basis recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the agreement submitted
by the Greeley National Bank providing for the calculation and printing
of the Human Resources Accounting System reports, copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, be, and it hereby
is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby
is authorized, to execute the agreement as submitted and to make the
same effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of August,
1971.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 25th
day of August , 1971 by and between THE GREELEY NATIONAL
BANK OF GREELEY, COLORADO (DATA PROCESSING CENTER DIVISION)
hereinafter referred to as GNB, and WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE, hereinafter referred to as County,
WITNESSETH, THAT:
WHEREAS, GNB is engaged in the commercial activity of
computer data processing and proposes to perform services for the County
in the form of calculation and printing of the Human Resources Accounting
System Reports, all as is more specifically set forth on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof, and,
WHEREAS, The county desires to employ the services of
GNB for such purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
and covenants of the parties as are hereinafter contained and for the fur-
ther considerations hereinafter stated, it is understood and agreed as follows;
1 . GNB hereby agrees to perform the services as are set
forth in detail on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof, and for the costs therein specified, for a period of one year,
commencing July 1 , 1971.
2. The County employs GNB for the services to be performed
as set forth on Exhibit A and County agrees to pay GNB the costs as are
therein specified.
3. It is mutually understood and agreed that this Agreement
shall automatically renew itself from year to year, subject, however, to the
condition that such automatic renewal shall be rendered non-effective by either
party giving to the other written notice of its intention not to renew the
Agreement for an additional year, no later than the 1st day of each month
of April hereafter. In the event GNB should determine that any renewal
of this agreement shall be subject to modification in costs charged by
GNB for services rendered, it shall be obliged to furnish such notice
on or before the 1st day of each month of April hereafter, and if such
charges are not acceptable to the County, the latter may thereafter advise
GNB in writing of its intention not to renew this Agreement, even if such
notice is received by GNB later than the 1st day of each month of April
hereafter.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have here-
unto subscribed their hands on the day and year first above written.

EXHIBIT A
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
HUMAN RESOURCES ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
THE GREELEY NATIONAL BANK OF GREELEY, COLORADO (DATA
PROCESSING CENTER DIVISION) AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Keypunch and verify all time reports, employee master file changes
and additions on a semi-monthly frequency.
2. Print a Batch Edit and Balance Report semi-monthly, listing any
items in error or batches out of balance.
3. Print a File Maintenance Report, of all items added to the file, a
Monthly Program Cost Report and a Monthly Staff Utilization Report
on a monthly frequency.
4. Print, on request, and coinciding with Paragraph 3 above, Service
Area Report, Activity Summary Report, Administrative-Travel Summary,
Statistical Summary Report, Project Report, Standard Hours Report, and
a Master List of all employees or selected employees.
THE WELD COUNTY, COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE
AGREES TO:
1. Provide Data Processing Center of the Greeley National Bank with
time report, employee changes, employee additions, complete with period
ending information, semi-monthly.
SCHEDULES AS PROVIDED BY GREELEY NATIONAL BANK DATA
PROCESSING CENTER DIVISION:
1. Batch Edit and Balance Report to be printed semi-monthly and requires
three working days to process after receipt of input information from the
Weld County, Colorado Department of Public Welfare.
2. All monthly reports, those that are normally run and the requested
reports, will be run immediately after the second Batch Edit and Balance
Report for the month.
3. All reports to be delivered to the Weld County, Colorado Department
of Public Welfare upon completion.
COST OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE GREELEY NATIONAL
BANK, DATA PROCESSING CENTER DIVISION:
The cost of the services to be performed as described herein, to be
effective as of July 1, 1971 and payable by the Department of Public Welfare
monthly, upon the receipt of invoice from the Data Processing Center
Division will be as follows:
1. In the event Greeley National Bank Data Processing
Center Division provides keypunching and verifying,
(a) Semi-monthly, Edit and Balance Report, each report
$26. 25 -- $52. 50
(b) Monthly Reports, run each month -- $61. 25
(c) Monthly Reports, run on request, each report
$14. 59 with a maximum -- $87. 50
(d) Keypunching and verifying per card -- $. 10
2. Estimated average cost per month for services
described in Paragraph 1 above -- $261. 25.
3. In the event the Weld County, Colorado Department
of Public Welfare provides the keypunching and verifying, the cost will be,
(a) Semi-monthly, Edit and Balance Report, each report
$26. 25 -- $52. 50
(b) Monthly Reports, run each month -- $61. 25
(c) Monthly Reports, run on request, each report
$14. 59 with a maximum -- $87. 50
(d) Keypunching and verifying per card -- $. 00
4. The estimated cost per month for the services
described in the proceeding paragraph -- $201. 25.
