RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Kathryn Wittman to said board, replacing Bill Hedberg, with a term to expire July 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Kathryn Wittman, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, to replace Bill Hedberg, with a term to expire July 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of April, A.D., 2020.
