ss. NOTICE OF
COUNTY OF WELD ) CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
IN THE MATTER OF SITE APPROVAL
OF GEORGE NORDEN FOR SANITARY
LAND FILL.
WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, State of Colorado, that the hearing of
the within cause was not able to be completed due to insufficient time
allotted, and
WHEREAS, by mutual agreement and stipulation between counsel
for Norden and counsel for protestants, the matter of further hearing
of said cause has been continued to June 30, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County Court
House, Greeley, Colorado.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that a copy of this notice of contin-
uance of hearing be mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested,
to Joseph R. Marranzino, Attorney for Norden, Suite 1002 Forum
Building, 250 West 14th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80204, and to
William Pehr, Attorney for protestants, 3380 West 72nd Avenue,
Westminister, Colorado 80030.
