Dear Chip,
This is to advise you that Sean Conway has resigned his position as Weld County Commissioner
effective January 31, 2020. With his resignation he will no longer serve as the Weld County
designated representative for CAPP. Also, he will no longer serve as a CAPP Board member.
Commissioner Mike Freeman will serve as the new Weld County designated representative for
CAPP. It is our understanding that Sean Conway had just been re-elected to a new term on the
CAPP Board. Since the CAPP Board will name Sean's replacement on the CAPP Board, the Board
of Weld County Commissioners would like to recommend that the CAPP Board appoint
Commissioner Mike Freeman to serve as a CAPP Board member to fulfill the remainder of Sean's
term on the CAPP Board.
Sean Conway was also one of the CAPP Board's representatives on the CTSI Board. The Board
of Weld County Commissioners would also like to recommend that the CAPP Board appoint
Commissioner Mike Freeman to serve as a CAPP Board's representative on the CTSI Board to
fulfill the remainder of Sean's term on the CTSI Board.
