HomeMy WebLinkAbout20203750.tiff RESOLUTION RE: CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE (TS CERT 2019-31086) FOR PARCEL #105320000024 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2019-31086) for Parcel #105320000024, from the Weld County Treasurer, and WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit "A," a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation of TS CERT 2019-31086, and WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on Exhibit "A" further authorize the denial of a refund to the holder of said certificate, and the mobile home has been moved or destroyed and is no longer located on the real estate land, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to cancel Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2019-31086) for the property described above and to deny a refund to the holder of the Certificate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2019-31086), on Parcel #105320000024, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, cancelled. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 2020.
