The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous Materials and Waste
Management Division (the "Division") has conducted a review of Financial Assurance compliance for
Pawnee Waste E8tP Landfill. The Financial Assurance Submittal was reviewed for compliance with
Section 4.0 of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the
"Regulations").
The submittal included a 2019 trust fund statement for the term November 1, 2018 -October 31, 2019,
which included an increased amount of $148,123.55. As a result of the Division's review and analysis,
the Division hereby approves Pawnee Waste E£tP Landfill's 2019 financial submittal as the financial
mechanism for closure and post -closure care costs of the facility.
The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review under Section 1.7 of the Regulations,
and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover.
