Hi there,
We are the neighbors of the Messinger's. We already have cats wandering our property and even into our
garage climbing on our vehicles. We do NOT WANT the cat rescue shelter/kennel to be approved. We have
small children and with the risk of a cat getting out/being outdoor and not friendly/and/or vaccinated, we do
not want this risk.

We live in the neighborhood to the east of this location at 1326 Hwy 66 and we are
definitely against the Proposed Cat Rescue Shelter. Please let me know if you want me
to list all of my concerns and reasons for our vote against this proposal.
