Chairman, Board of County Commissioners
Larimer and Weld counties
Subject: Larimer-Weld Regional Planning Commission' s
Executive Committee
In order for the Executive Committee to conduct business at
the March 23rd meeting, the Boards of County Commissioners
should appoint the two municipal and the three citizen
representatives as provided in the new Bylaws.
Although some of the elected municipal officials may be
out of office after the April elections, it appears best
that the present municipal representatives be reappointed .
If there are vacancies after the April elections, then
new representatives can be chosen.
The "citizen interest" need not be and probably should not
be all from the county planning commission. Enclosed is
a copy of the HUD requirements .
