Gentlemen:
In accordance with your request, we are submitting this proposal for
furnishing a letter-type report on alternate sewage treatment facility
sites for the LaSalle-Evans area.
The report will consider advantages and disadvantages of alternate locations
including terrain, obvious soil conditions observed by physical inspection
of the site, relation of the site to flood plain, and prgximity to developed
areas. The report will not, however, delve into quantities of sewage to be
treated, methods of treatment, or size of treatment facilities. Ownership
of alternate sites will be investigated only to the extent necessary to
establish property lines. A single exhibit will be prepared showing alter-
nate sites and the approximate area to be served.
We propose to furnish the above described report for a fee of $700.00 . Any
additional work after presentation of the report, such as discussions with
EPA or Colorado State Health Department officials, preparation of waste
treatment site applications or work related thereto would best be handled
by our standard charge rates and would require a separate letter of author-
ization from the County.
If you wish to proceed with the above, we will consider a signature below
as our authorization to proceed.
