other motor vehicles, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to 1963 Colorado Revised Statutes, 13-5-69(1),
as amended, local authorities, with reference to streets or highways under
their jurisdiction, are authorized to designate through streets or highways

WHEREAS, said Board, pursuant to such complaints, has deter-
mined upon the basis of traffic and personal investigations that conditions

Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Board deems it neces-

Subject: Traffic Study On Or Before
A complete traffic study has been made at the intersection of 20th
Street West and 59th Avenue.
The attached diagram indicates the corrective action taken.
Previously, 59th Avenue was a stop at 20th Street. Due to upgrading
of 59th Avenue to a Class "A" road, traffic has increased on 59th
Avenue to twelve (12) to one (1) over 20th Street. Therefore, it
became necessary to change the stop to 20th Street making 59th Avenue
a through street.
All existing rules and regulations have been complied with.
The changes have been made and are proving satisfactory. Your cooperation
in adopting a resolution to this effect will be appreciated.
