THIS DEED is made by Marilyn K. Young, Personal Representative of the Estate of Sally
Ann Miller, aka Sally A. Miller, deceased, Grantor, to Glenn D. Miller and Karen S. Miller, as joint
tenants, Grantees, whose address is: 12854 CR 30, Platteville, Colorado 80651.
WHEREAS, the above -named decedent in her lifetime made and executed her Last Will and
Testament dated June 4, 2013, which Will was duly admitted to formal probate on June 9, 2017, by the
District Court in and for the County of Weld, and State of Colorado, Probate No. 17 PR 30323;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said Estate on June 9,
2017, and is now qualified and acting in said capacity; and
WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons entitled to distribution of the
hereinafter -described real property, and Grantor is authorized and directed to distribute the same to
Grantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor by Article 12, Sections
711 and 907 of the Colorado Probate Code, Grantor sells, conveys, assigns, transfers, and releases to
Grantees, as joint tenants, the following real property in Weld County, Colorado:
Parcell
Lot A and Lot C of Recorded Exemption No. 1211 -24 -2 -RE -4921, according to the map
thereof recorded October 1, 2009 at Reception No. 3651819 of the Weld County records, being a
part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th F.M.,
County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Parcel 2:
The Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.,
County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Commonly known as: 17286 CR 32, Platteville, Colorado 80651
Executed August 7 , 2017.
