You are receiving this notice because you have been identified as a mineral estate owner as reflected in the Weld County
Clerk and Recorder and/or a request for notification of a surface development has been recorded with the Weld County Clerk
and Recorder, with respect to property that is subject of a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit
for an animal boarding and animal training facility for a kennel, and for keeping, raising or boarding of exotic animals in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District.
You are hereby notified that on June 2, 2020 at 12 : 30 PM a hearing will be held with the Weld County Planning Commission
and a subsequent hearing will be held with the Board of County Commissioners on June 24, 2020 at 10: 00 AM, both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80631 , to
consider an application for approval of a Use by Special Review for the property located at 14510 County Road 6, Fort
Lupton, Colorado, 80621 , legally described as Lot 2 Recorded Exemption No. 1471 -28-2-RE1314, situated in the South half
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 1 North, Range 66 West, 6th P .M., and more particularly described on that
