addressed at 27486 County Road 13.The property is owned by Gerrard Investments, LLC and is
being operated as one industrial facility of approximately 133 acres by Rock&Rail, LLC.The overall
property consists of Weld County Parcel#095718000009 (Lot 13 RE-2803) and Weld County Parcel
#095718300050.
These comments pertain to two applications filed with Weld County: lAMRECX20-00-2803 is an
application to combine the two parcels that currently encompass the Rock&Rail facility and
COZ20-0004 is an application to change the zoning for the overall property to the I-3 (Heavy
Industrial) zone district of Weld County to better align it with the actual uses occurring on the
property.
lAMRECX20-00-2803: Front Range Fire Rescue approves the merger of the two parcels listed into
one parcel addressed at 27486 County Road 13.
COZ20-0004: Front Range Fire Rescue approves the rezoning request without any additional
comments.
