Dailey', Road Overseer of Road District No. 2 , for the month of February A. D. 1903 was presented, examined and on motion ordered approved and placed on file. The Official Bond of C�eor a D. Statler, County Treasurer, g T assure , in the penal sum of 46o, 000 . was presented, examined and the. surety thereon being considered ample and satisfactory, the same was on motion ordered approved, recorded and placed on file. 311- • The Official Bond of D. 0 . The petition of Peter Broadwater praying for a rebate of taxes for the year 1902 ©n .aecount of erroneous assessment was presented, examined and the Board being fully advised in the premises it was on motion ordered that he be granted a rebate of the same on personal property and improvements on a valuation of $1500 . The Board then proceeded to examine the official bonds of the County and precinct officers now in force as required by law, and the sureties thereon being deemed ample and satisfactory it was on motion ordered that they be approved.
