RE: IN THE MATTER OF CHANGE IN BOUNDA ; OF THE
COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS IN WELD COUNTY, ORADO.
WHEREAS, due to the establishment of en, districts
in Weld County as a result of the 1970 Federal Census
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissi s ,ld County,
Colorado, is of the opinion that the County Commission r cts do not
conform to the proper division of the County with respe io io,duation,
and
WHEREAS, in order that Weld County corm s the law
in every respect, it is desirable, necessary and in the It I . � cests of
the County that the Board of County Commissioners, Wi C •,
Colorado, now consider, determine and re-establish nee bc“. .,!ary lines
of the commissioner districts within the County, all as ay . „•t Exhibits
A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha the dew boundaries
of each of the commissioner districts within Weld Courc sii cue as shown
on Exhibit A, map of the City of Greeley, and as shown I.ubiL ;3, map
of Weld County, except the City of Greeley, noting thee, on tde division of
the commissioner districts within the City of Greeley ai,•; Weld County, all
as shown on the aforementioned Exhibits A and B attached he veto and made
a part hereof by reference.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on ;notion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of May,
1972.
