are required to serve the property at the time of development, the developer will be responsible for financing and
construction of the improvements, with provisions for reimbursement as other users tap into the improvements.
Future financing of required public improvements may include formation of a metropolitan or other special district.
v. A statement identifying all existing districts within the area to be annexed.
