The City of Greeley will provide water and sanitary sewer service to the above mentioned site.
Service is contingent upon meeting the pre-requisites of the Joint Resolution 66, 1998, including
annexation of the property to the City of Greeley, the installation of applicable infrastructure,
payment of applicable raw water,plant investment fees for the water tap and sewer tap,including
the fees for the water meter and installation of the taps.
