REQUEST FOR TREASURER'S DEEDS:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the following list of
Treasurer's Certificate of Purchase covering properties on which Treasurer's
Deedscan now be issued, to-wit:
Certificate 3531968 Lot 9 Block 14 Carr
Certificate 3661968 Lots 7 to 10 Block 3 Buckingham
Certificate 3781968 Lots 7 to 9 Block 11 B & W Raymer
Certificate 3801968 Lots 1-2 Block 25 Le Roys Keota
Certificate 3881968 W 20' Lots 2-4-6-8- Block 4 Mead
and
WHEREAS, the County is desirous of obtaining deeds in order that the
property can be sold, thereby returning said properties to the tax roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to
sign the request for Treasurer's Deeds conveying the aforementioned parcels
of land.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, passed on the following vote on roll call:
