RE: AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO, TO SIGN PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
REX A, RENKEL AND MARQUOKETA C. RENKEL FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF REAL ESTATE IN NEW RAYMER, WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, has determined that certain real estate is needed at New Ray-
mer, Colorado, for County purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in behalf of
Weld County, Colorado, and Rex A. Renkel and Marquoketa C. Renkel
have determined the terms and conditions upon which the Board of County
Commissioners shall purchase said premises, per Agreement of
June 2, 1970 , copy attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of
Weld County to purchase said premises on the basis recited therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that said Agreement with Rex A.
Renkel and Marquoketa C. Renkel, providing for the purchase by Weld
County, Colorado, copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, be, and it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board be, and it hereby is
authorized to execute the Agreement as submitted and make the same
effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of June ,
1970.

situated on Lots 2, 3, & 4, Block 8, Baldwin and Whittier
Addition, New Raymer, Colorado,

so we may cancel this policy it would be greatly appreciated.

Gentlemen:
At your request, I have examined two abstracts of title, covering the
following described property located in New Raymer, Weld County,
Colorado, to-wit:
Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Eight
(8), Baldwin and Whittier Addition to the Town of New
Raymer, which said Block 8 is also known and some-
times described as Block 8, Town of New Raymer,
Colorado.
Title to this property is abstracted by the Weld County Abstract and
Investment Company of Weld County, Colorado, in two abstracts, and
last certified to under Certificate Nos, 138, 068 and 138, 069 respect-
ively, both dated May 14, 1970, at 7:45 o'clock A. M.
From such examination I find as follows:
Fee simple title to the above-described real property is vested in
REX A. RENKEL and MARQUOKETA C. RENKEL, as joint tenants
and not as tenants in common, subject to and except the following:
1. Exceptions and reservations as contained in United States
Patent, recorded July 15, 1909, in Book 131, Page 271, Weld County
records.
2. Abstract does not certify as to the payment of 1969 taxes.
1970 taxes due and payable in 1971 are now a lien.
3. Rights of persons in possession, potential liens by reason
of recent improvements to the premises, if any, and unrecorded ease-
ments or rights of way, if any, may be ascertained by physical inspection
of the property.
