Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Total Communications,
Inc. out of E. Hartford, CT proposed the lowest cost solution of $39,372.39 and meets
the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2000164 C&R
Building Cisco Network Devices to Total Communications, Inc. for a total amount of
$39,372.39.
