If the appeal was filed with an email address for your office listed, the NOD would have been sent to the email address. I do not show this was included, so both your office and the client were notified by mail. We have not received the NODs as returned mail. I have included NOD copies for both the Roadway Inn and Best Western properties for which you originally requested a work -up. The last day to submit an appeal to the OBOE is 7/15/2020.
