My name is Shedrick Lewis, Lead Analyst at O'Connor & Associates. I have been in contact with Tim Reddick and Millie
Channell over the past week, I have sent my evidence for the properties I wanted to protest for my clients. Yesterday, I
was told I had not sent in the NODs and had been trying to get the information and just received them this morning.

Hello Shedrick,
I received your voicemail and returned your call with a message. The Assessor level NODs were sent in
June. The address for the owner and O'Connor is on the NODs. If the appeal was filed with an email address
for your office listed, the NOD would have been sent to the email address. I do not show this was included, so
both your office and the client were notified by mail. We have not received the NODs as returned mail. I have
included NOD copies for both the Roadway Inn and Best Western properties for which you originally requested
a work -up.
The last day to submit an appeal to the OBOE is 7/15/2020. If you have any questions please feel free to call
or email.
