The Assessor level NODs were sent in June. The address for the owner and O'Connor is on the NODs. If the appeal was filed with an email address for your office listed, the NOD would have been sent to the email address. I do not show this was included, so both your office and the client were notified by mail. We have not received the NODs as returned mail. I have included NOD copies for both the Roadway Inn and Best Western properties for which you originally requested a work -up. The last day to submit an appeal to the OBOE is 7/15/2020.
