Gentlemen:
In compliance with Session Laws of Colorado, first
regular session 1969, Chapter 222, page 698 sect-
ion 1, we are submitting our annual reconciliation
of the property inventory. The followini, ledger
sheets, pages 1 t'.-ru 4. consi_stinc of 2 sheets, and
deletions set forth on inspection report of unservice-
able property, vouchers numbers 179A, 183 thru 196
inclusive are respectfully submitted.
All items costing ,;:100.00 or more original cost were
lac ccted with the exception of hospital beds fa383,
B178, B376, and 13380. A numerical count was made
of the hospital beds on the premises. The recon-
ciliation of numerical count with the records has
not been completed. We will continue to attempt to
locate these specific beds and will report the results
of our findings.
