DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0801-18.-4-RE-43
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 64, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 18
SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER: (S*SW4)
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0801-18-4-RE-43 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the South Half (S2) of the Southeast
Quarter (SEe) of Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 64 West of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SECor) of Section 18,
Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter
(SE4) of said Section 18 th bear North 89°18'46" West with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North 89°18'46"
West along the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said
Section 18, 1317.46 feet; Thence North 00°53'49" East, 1322.58
feet; Thence South 89°29'04" East, 1316.82 feet to a point on the
East line of said Section 18; Thence South 00°52'06" West, 1326.52
feet along the East line of said Section 11 to the Point of Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 40.05 acres, more or less,
including a strip of ground 30 feet in width along the East and
South lines of said Section 18 for County Road Right-of-way purposes
and is subject to any rights-of-way or other easements as recorded
by instruments of record or as now existing on said parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 0801-18-4-RE-43, for recording
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
