South of the crossing of the two roads, and one large culvert just
North of the crossing of the two roads for the passage of water on
Littel Crow Creek. All these culverts should be at least 30 inches
in diameter, a small amount of grading will be necessary at this point.
Also a small amount of grading to pass over short seepage place in
. section 21-22, Township 10, Range 62.
We recommend the granting of road as above.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Well County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
The Southeast corner section 9, Township 9, Range 62, going
North to the township line between Township 10-11, from
Southwest corner of section 1 and going West, 3 miles to the
Southeast corner of section 5, Township 9, Range 62.
Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
