SECOND TERM AS MEMBER
WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION:
WHEREAS, by resolution dated, July 19, 1967, Mr. J. Ben Nix was
appointed to serve as a member of the Weld County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Nix has served with distinction and by his wise counsel
and practical experience has contributed greatly to said Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has highly recommended
that Mr. Nix be appointed to a second term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that J. Ben Nix of Eaton, Colorado, be and he is hereby
appointed for a second term as a Member of the Weld County Planning Commission
beginning July 22, 1971 and ending July 22, 1975.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
