DENY RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION BOND
COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES
BONN #BCT 400479 ALLIED MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY
RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 11 PORTION:
WHEREAS, on motion by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, it was moved and seconded that the request for the release of subdivision
bond #BCT 400479, Allied Mutual Insurance Company, First Filing County Club Estates
being located in a portion of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, be denied.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen,
I have recently received a personal request for a road bond release on Country
Club Estates 1st Filing. The bond amount is approximately $43,000.00
To begin with the improvements covered in the bond are not complete. However,
additional utilities etc. were installed to make their expenditures approximately
$173,000.00. My personal feeling at this time is to reject their proposal regard-
less. They did, however, show a willingness to resecure the improvements with
our demand note arrangement. The decision whether to allow this proposal belongs
to the Board of County Commissioners alone.
Before you even consider this proposal, I think you should thoroughly examine
the corporate structure, finances, and the track record of Country Club Estates.
Unsubstantiated rumor around town refers to leins, law suits, counter suits and
in general a first class legal mess.
Kindly advise me of your decision.
