Planning staff has received direction from the Board of County Commissioners that all hearings will be postponed until
after April 151h, 2020.
USR20-0002 Richard and Debra Shubert c/o GoWireline LLC was scheduled before the BOCC on March 18, 2020 at
in -00 AM and will no longer be heard that day. Because of the postponement due to the COVID-19 virus this case has
m re -scheduled to April 29, 2020 at 10:00AM to be heard by the BOCC. Please indicate your availability for this date,
auernatively please suggest an alternate date that will work with your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate
your preferred date and reschedule the hearing.

The Board of County Commissioners have taken action to have all public buildings closed
through May 1, 2020 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. In taking this
action, all public hearings are being rescheduled, including the Planning Commissioners Hearing
and the Board of County Commissioners Hearing dates. Your
original hearing date of April 29, 2020 hearing date before the Board of County Commissioners
has changed to the following:
Board of County Commissioners Hearing date: May 13, 2020
Both hearings are held in the Weld County Administrative Office Building, Hearing Room
Located at 1150 "O" Street (County Road 64) Greeley
Questions may be directed to me at the office
Please provide a written response back on this e-mail account verifying that you are available
for the suggested dates.
