I am submitting the attached request on behalf of Cureton Front Range, LLC. Towards the end of last year, I had let
Angela know we would be submitting this request.
Cureton is requesting an administrative change for the Miskey Compressor Station to properly reflect the company entity
that holds USR18-0115. Cureton is requesting to have the Miskey Compressor Station permitted under Cureton Front
Range, LLC (instead of Cureton Midstream, LLC). Cureton Front Range, LLC is the entity that should hold the USR for the
Miskey Compressor Station as it is the operating entity — this important detail was overlooked during the USR permitting
process.
Would you please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this request? Also, I need to provide
Cureton with proof that this change has been made/accepted—could you pls provide an e-mail reply confirming receipt
and indicating this change will be processed at Weld County?

Angela, I'll be by your office tomorrow morning to have the signed and notarized SubX Mylar and USR Map Mylars for the
Miskey CS recorded.
