All staff and volunteers wear bright safety orange shirts with the Sanctuary logo, name badge, and identifying label ("staff' or "volunteer"). b. All staff and volunteers are trained to observe and identify issues relating to questionable behavior and alcoholic beverage consumption.; c. Staff and volunteers are equipped with two-way radios to communicate and coordinate crowd control and address needs as they arise: d.
