WHEREAS, at a regularly held meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, on February 13th ,
1974, LeRoy Blaylock, Agent for Dyco Petroleum Corporation,
1300 South Section Street, Hopkins, Minnesota 55343, submitted to
the Board an Oil and Gas Lease covering the described property,
situate in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH - RANGE 56 WEST:
Section 8: SE+
Section 9: SW+
Section 30: NZNE1 400. 00 acres
and,
WHEREAS, LeRoy Blaylock as Agent for Dyco Petroleum
Corporation has offered to purchase the said lease for the sum of
$1200. 00 and said Board deems it to be in the best interests of the
County that said lease be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board
execute the Oil and Gas Lease in the form attached hereto, marked
Exhibit A, covering all the interests in which the County has in the
above-described lands.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
March, A. D. , 1974, nunc pro tunc as of February 13th 1974.
