WARNER ROAD NOTICE OF THE OPENING of PUBLIC ROAD Notice Is Hereby Given that the County Commissioners of the County of Weld will in sixty days from October 11th 19 17 direct the proper officer to open and work, as a public highway, 9i rPoM prayed for in a petition filed at the office of said Commissioners on the 3rd day of Lay A. D., 1917 , said road being described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at The Northwest corner of section 35, ip _ or ' , ange 64 West, thence South on section line a distance of about one and three-fourths . miles to the high water mark or outer Northern Boundary Line of what is known as the flug Reservoir where same intersects the West line of section 2, Township 3 North, Range 64 West near the Southwest earner of said section two (2) . The prayer of the petitioners relating to the remainder of the road prayed for was not granted. The prayer of the petitioners relating to the abandon- ment of an established road was not grated... - And the said Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a public highway from and after said sixty days. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for, viz: We the viewers herein recommend that the road prayed for be granted from the Northwest corner of section 35„ T. 4 N. .. 64 ?9, thence South to. the Southwest corner of said section 35.. ere, further recommend that the remainder of road prayed for be not regularly granted, but in lieu thereof we recommend that temporary arrangements be made with the owners of the land adjoining both sides of the entire length of the West line of section 2, T,. 3 N. N. 64 F1, for public travel thereover, permitting the. maintencnce of gates at convenient points thereon; also that similar - arrangements be mide for public travel across section 11, diagonally from the Northwest corner to the Southeast corner thereof, in Township 3 North, Range 64 West, connecting at the Southeast corner of said. section 11 with a county road previously estab-ished.
